2. Bring your journal of weekly reflections - all your homework and ritual design resources are in the group but the evidence of change is in your life and journal

3. NAVIGATE Your Levels by using the TOPICS to navigate your Levels i.e. Level 1 topic tags will be applied to all posts related to that level.

4. You receive a BADGE per Level you complete when you comment on the QUIZ page "Done"

5. QUESTS Start with questions. Got questions during the week? Place your questions in a post tagged with #Q&A so you can get them answered in the group coaching call listed in EVENTS Tab

6. RSVP to Live Coaching Call Under Events Tab

7. Invite a friend on your growth journey who will be either taking the program with you or can cheerlead you through each ritual, your relationship of being witnessed while in the evolutionary process is part of integrating healthy support outside the program and inside your core 5 essential village that supports your self (and purpose) realization in this lifetime.
