Workplace Culture is notorious for being blind to the human side of business even in the age of empathy based leadership, and the sustaining focus on diversity, equity and inclusion. Thanks to sites like glassdoor.com we have more transparency about the personal experience of company culture behind closed doors.
We want to see culture design criteria prioritized as the intrinsic growth and alignment catalyst for both staff and customers alike and we can't do it without your voice. By the way, here are the stats for the top people management problems gathered for 2024 (you might find your opinions are widely experienced.)
Take this quick poll; let the world know the way we relate at work needs a little (or a total) redesign.
PS: Don't hold back! Bonus points if you share why you care in the comments.
Where are companies, organizations and even leaders you have seen falling short in their care for Culture?
Absence of growth mentality, let's do what we always do!
User centricity - the customer is the last thought
Bloated processes, meetings; productivity dies daily
Too heavy reliance on metrics and measurement, no humanity

I am a Creator helping growth-driven teams and couples stop living and leading as though there are no good people out there and there is limited means for creating a meaningful, inspired life. Instead, I help realize healthy use of power to simply create the relationships that bring aliveness, meaning, possibility and innovation in the face of adversity, scarcity and fear. When I am not helping people find the partners to build a great life or success story with, to lead with authenticity, and finally feel supported in their relationships, I am creating. I like to travel, sing, paint and immerse myself in other cultures delighting in the similarities and differences of our human village as we build our 'dream come trues' together.
